Cons: Supervisor spys on me. Pay. Been there 5 years. Only had a 1℅ raise in 5 years. Will not hire me help. I'm the only one who takes care of campus landscaping. I was told when hired i was not a laborer. That's all I've been. Now they don't want to talk about it.
