Home Health Nurse in Norwalk:
They give you your own work phone and ipad to start with. They promise to listen to your concerns but they usually end up telling you thats what you are being paid for. Stressful management at times and you feel constantly alone or rushed. Benefits HMO only so you’re stuck waiting for approval for months at a time. Pay is adequate but I feel like we work more hours being unpaid than being paid. Very little downtime/ personal life balance because you are constantly playing catch up or get calls even on your day off. They give you mileage but its not enough. They make you order supplies and have it delivered to your door expecting you to stock up your home/ studio/ 1 br apartment. My house is overrun by home health supplies. Not enough safety measures in place. So many meetings. Again, I feel like there is very little to no personal life balance with this one but the pay is adequate.
October 2019

Home Health Nurse in Alliance:

Cons: Pay
September 2019
Home Health Nurse in Pooler:
Pros: Taking care of my patients in their home. Being able to educate and take my time doing it.
Cons: When patients don't answer their phones when they are supposedly homebound. Not being able to get ahold of doctors offices.
