Cons: Some management is unaware of the actual job and despite constant communication misconceptions still occur about what we are accomplishing

Pros: No city taxes, traffic isn't horrendous even at its worst, food and entertainment are cheap but limited, services available during work hours
Cons: No walkable downtown, nightlife isn't the same as it is in Detroit, housing is on the expensive side, not entirely a "young person's town."
