I am not satisfied the work I do.

Pros: Good part is you help people when they are in need. I got the chance to work in an MNC, to work with great minds, got exposure in life and a very finest culture in company.
Cons: I am not being helped by paying good and very less amount of learning.
I usually get calls to just unlock their account in active directory and most of resolve their outlook issues or could be VPN issues, but it comes in deeper side, we forward ticket to tier2 team.
