Heavy Equipment Operator:
I have worked for the state of wvfor 31yrs and there is guys there that only has 20.yes in and is a equipment opperater that can not so as much as me but the.
They make more money then I do. They make $2.56 on the hr then I do. I do not thank that is right they give guys that are friends with the soperviser up grades to equipment operated 3 with out even going to school for it. Back when I tryed to get that back around 20 years ago the would not even pay me the up grade.
So if I do not get a $3.50 to $4.00 raise this year on Dec. 31 2015 is my last day.
For I will my retirement and they can shove that job.
