This company does not value their employees. Good employees are treated poorly. Pay is pathetic and is lower than other health care systems in the area. Management does listen to the employees if they take the time and they promise change the issues but management does NOT follow through.

Cons: High stress, alot of territory 35 counties to myself, Im on several boards and do all the marketing, errand running, events with little to no help. New company and the competition is high. No commission.

Pros: I report to 1 supervisor and work with only one other liaison.
Cons: Hundreds of follow ups because intake people and skilled nurses don't provide everything we need from beginning.
