When the hotel is properly staffed and organized, it’s an easy job.

I hope that this survey, which I put time on, will result for PRC company leaders, to take action and make improvements and improve employee’s quality of life.
1. Quality of food is not even at par. After long hours of work, employees deserve same quality of Pechanga Resort & Casino Guests For example the Buffet where meat are tender, fresh pasta sauce and provide more buffet choices. PRC needs to survey Quality food choices as well.
2. When we are short of people, sometimes we are ask to cover someone with a higher paying position, or beyond our job description, we never get compensated for what they are compensated with. As a GSR, we are not allowed to receive tips yet sometimes we are ask to cover concierge who receives tip, therefore I end up refusing tip because as GSR I cannot received any tip. Wearing different hats requires receiving wage adjustment, otherwise, department needs to hire more people.
3. GSR represent PRC and uphold our mission, goal and prestige. We elevate our service and do whatever it takes for PRC. However, it’s ironic that we don’t receive a comfortable lounge to rest our exhausted body, especially our legs from standing, during breaks, as we get ready to go back and present our best after break. Either we go downstairs to cafeteria, requiring a long walk to and back just to sit down, or sit by the Kronos with a crate box to sit on or go to employee changing room. I find it uncomfortable and degrading.
3. We need time allotted for pechanga univers
