Managers that are inexperienced, don’t help bark orders verbal and mental abuse.The reason I stay it’s to far for me to walk to another town .Smoking breaks every hour on the hour for 30 min.Watch out hot snakes in the parking lot.

Pros: Team work, Employees that work are easy to work and get along with.We can buy our lunch or dinner we don’t have to leave the store.Meeting new people.Seeing the new merchandise.Being able to buy groceries after work.1 stop work. Buy groceries
Cons: Extremely bad communication,inexperienced managers that don’t know how to read u.p.c. Codes or stock or even be able to speak to people without swearing or yelling not good for employees and customers,we lose customers because the way managers handle the customers and employees.Everyday we lose customers because the way they are treated.I feel we need to have breathilzers on hand for those that need to be inebriated or those that chose other stuff
