Pros: CC provides relevant services and involves clients in the process. Strong history with funders Work culture is healthy and adaptable. Coworkers are great.
Cons: Diversity and inclusion is not strong in regards to developing leaders that are also people of color. Inability to offer living wages to those that work and live in Seattle and surrounding area.
