Glazer Reviews
What is it like working as a Glazer?
February 2019
Exciting.
Glazer in Stamford:
Pros: Diversity
Cons: Cold weather
December 2017
Its tolerable.
Glazer in Valdosta:
Pros: Hometown I grew up here dont want to leave.
Cons: It's too hot in the summertime too cold in the winter time.
September 2015
Glazer:
Pros: A few people I work with are extremely wonderful to be around.
Cons: The seniority complex that just about everyone thinks they are entitled to. Most everyone believes they can treat you badly because they have been here slightly longer than you. The stress put on the body. For my position, my hands hurt so badly and I leave work with them swollen and unable to be closed into a fist every morning. When being taught something new, the individual always has an issue with having to guide you regarding something you have never done before. The entire establishment, besides the front, is extremely dirty. There is beading dust everywhere and you are constantly breathing it in. The women get addressed differently than men. The pay isn't ideal. Almost always do you not ever get off when you're supposed to. If you're late one minute, you're fired.
