Pros: I work for a family owned business and they put family first. It is nice to know if something ever comes up, everyone is there to help you in any way that they can.
Cons: I hate to say it, but I wish I was making just a little bit more money.

Be prepared for anything at anytime anywhere.
General Sales Manager:
Bone up on your people skills...Have a plan for each day that will closely get. You to you your monthly plan, which in turn should get you to your annual plan. Be positive in every aspect of your job. Do this daily and you will have more. Good days than bad. Take advantage of all the perks, Custmer golf, Solfball. Co-ed team. Be active in local charity activities as much as posible. Stay. Visible in the communtity..Church functions, County Fairs, Parades and be. A member of local organizations where your customers frequent. The Elks, American Legion, etc.etc. It's a 24 / 7 job don't let anyone tell you different. And you should be rewarded like an owner.

Cons: Only 16 hours are the actual vacation per year.
