I moved here for work 6 months ago, still adjusting.
General Sales Manager in Philadelphia:
Pros: Easy commute and I love my staff in my office and the company I actually work for (HQ in different state). Day to day client is very challenging. Harder than most in my direct subregion of all who are males in my same position who I’m 99% sure all mke more Than me.
Cons: I don’t know too many people and am only really here for job. Not a permanent stop but I don’t know anyone outside of work. No friends yet really so it’s been an adjustment. Worth it for my career overall though.
