College Town, Not A Big City.

Pros: The location is great, family-friendly, etc. But it can feel a bit small. After a few years, everyone starts to know everyone. Which is good and bad.
Cons: In my field, it's hard to earn a good living. In a bigger city, people are making $150k-$200k to do the same job I'm doing and I get paid a fraction of that.
