Uneventful.

May 2016
Just like Christmas.
General Merchandise Manager:
Pros: I like that my position is 95% sole charge. I like managing the stock, ordering and liaising with suppliers, and looking for seasonal trends etc. It is interesting to see what people buy and how they spend their money. It is satisfying to help someone locate their requirements.
Cons: Working in the cold, and getting minimum pay for someone of my aptitude - the job requires a little more than regular shelf filling duties. Stagnant pay and no clear path for betterment.
August 2015
Managing unmanageable staff.
General Merchandise Manager:
Be more prepared with no training from this company.
