Thinking above and beyond.
General Manager, Hotel:
Always put your best foot forward to make your guests feel like the most important person during their stay. Be one step ahead to anticipate needs of the hotel, foresee possible conflicts and areas/guests in need of special attention. Have lighting focus but keep your work at the hotel from funneling into tunnel-vision; there are so many facets within a hotel to make it operate properly, market well and be successful - all need your attention.
