Pros: It's my home town and it's always evolving.
Cons: I've lived here all my life, and it's evolution isn't always for the better.

Pros: There are lots of older homes and the housing market is very busy so renovating houses is a busy business
Cons: The poverty mentality, lots of “skilled” workers who don’t care about excellence and clients who always want a “deal”
