Its challenging yet the role is fun!!

Pros: Strategic planning, flexibility of moving around and working, making my own schedules and mentoring/coaching teachers.
Cons: Management is ridiculous!! No clarity in the objectives and functioning of the organization. Corporate like work atmosphere, no appreciation at work and unfair assessment, no transparency in system structures!! Very demotivating work environment, feel like objects and not as people anymore!!
