Pros: I enjoy the people I work with and the challenging projects that we are trusted to complete.
Cons: The pay scale here is not in line with how much it costs to live a comfortable, happy life. This means that either you have to choose to live and work in a small geographic area or you need to become a business owner to have any chance at a better life.

Pros: I like the casual professionalism. There is an expectation to perform but a lot of the formalness has, in many roles, been removed.
Cons: I find it difficult to find relevant industry networking groups that I feel comfortable with. Lots of companies rely on low cost new grads or inexperienced staff to maintain profitability for owners.
