I love the position, but I feel a lot of my duties are overlooked and underappreciated. I feel like there are coworkers doing less work for almost equal pay and I should be making a lot more than them.

Front Office Supervisor, Medical Office in Allen:
Pros: Working with physical therapists in a beautiful office setting, getting to know and understand the patient's needs, casual work place & nice office hours, seeing patient's reach their therapy goals
Cons: The relationship thar corporate has with the front office, very poor communcation throughout the company, I'm constantly having to depend on others (with less experience) to complete tasks that I'm capable doing myself but the system is set up for the front offices to have to go through corporate for everything.

Patients have no patience, don't take it personal!!
Front Office Supervisor, Medical Office in Dyersburg:
It's okay to have fun at work. The more stressful it is, the better outcome when you have a good work ethic alongside a great sense of self and humor. Our patients love me, because I keep them happy. I also go above and beyond to make sure their experience with me is an easy one. Those working in healthcare need to remember, chances are even the people with sour faces, mean comments, or rude remarks are good people....They just don't feel good!!
