Personality building.
Front Desk Receptionist in Lagos:
Pros: Being a Front Desk Receptionist to me is more than sitting in a chair, receiving visitors, handling database and the likes. It is more about personality development and to me that is the key reason why I enjoy my work. I do not only build my company but myself as well. In this line of work, in fact in any line of work, attitude is everything.
Cons: Handling difficult customers and colleagues have been part of my daily challenges but with each passing day, I am learning how to be better at what I meant to do and provide maximum customer satisfaction.
