A lot to learn, sales driven, always busy, excellent customer service skills required, attention to detail, responsibility for original artwork, expensive pieces of art and memorabilia.

Pros: The people I work with
Cons: Although I am a framer/personal designer, I tend to be required/needed/told to spend the majority of my scheduled shifts outside of my department doing other departments work such as: replenishment, sales floor, cashier, and online order fulfillment and disbursement when I should be focusing on the framing departments requirements first.
