Stress Level. Poor Management
Forklift Operator:
Pros: Certain Co-workers that pull together to get the job done.
Cons: Management at the local level that is extremely unorganized. The fact that the dedicated employees have to fight for a pay raise.

Relaxing, not hard job.

Pros: Easy find job with a good salary. It is not a heavy job compare with pick & pack job.
Cons: Standing for long time that can make my legs so tired.
