Be prepared to work.
Food and Beverage Manager:
You will be everything to everyone. You will know and fill in every position. If you let them see you sweat they will swarm and attack you. Respect is earned - never expect it just to happen. Know when to jump in and help. Know when to push them. Work is not a priority to everyone - in my experience there are few these days that have a TRUE work ethic. Don't expect too much time for yourself and family.
