Pros: I enjoy the actual function of my job, the people who report to me are great for the most part, and we have a lot of fun as a team.
Cons: This company makes money. It's a casino. They are transparent about the profits, going so far as to have an animal meeting that focuses on market share and profits, yet they do not appropriately compensate supervisors for the work, stress and extensive responsibilities of the position, as evidenced by the turnover rate; nor do they provide adequate annual wage increases to retain those that do stick it out and over-perform.
