Pros: I can learn a lot of skills.
Cons: Not give me much hours.

Pros: Is not a daily rutine.. Every day is different..
Cons: No set schedule.. The schedule for the next day is to be determined.. Hours vary from 6am to 6pm but 40 hours a week are not guaranteed. Managment is unprofessional, there is a lot of favoritetism. Unfairness and managment harassment and verbal abuse.. But since is ur word against management they always take management side.

Pros: I like the presentation and how fast I can get the orders out.
Cons: When there is no teamwork and you are left to do everything.

Pay raise.

When I have more experience I should get pay raise and get training to be higher level position, I should get more opportunity for my progression when I don't need to ask,,,,, if I stay longer which mean I know the job more then I should get pay than a new staff.
