Floor Manager in Herndon:
Pros: Flik International has great opportunities within the company. I enjoy working there and the staff is very friendly.
Cons: There is often not enough staff and the workload can fall heavy on management. Pay is not fair when it comes to seniority and longevity in the workplace. I don't believe more experienced employees are paid fairly.

The job is challenging, it is fast paced and mostly enjoyable. The responsibilities are too much for the pay. There is an unfair way on deciding salaries.
