Fleet Manager, Trucking & Transportation Reviews

What is it like working as a Fleet Manager, Trucking & Transportation?

March 2022
Fleet Manager, Trucking & Transportation:
There is a lot of opportunity to showcase your talents. There is also a lot of verbal recognition for your contributions. I find the pay scale at KeHE is much lower than other places with similar roles. I also find job titles to be inaccurately dumbed down. My current financial scope should have me at a Director or Senior Director title however, my current title is only Sr. Manager.

Overall great company to work for. They have good benefits and competitive pay. Downside, they should take better care of their managers. I don’t mean upper management either. Recognition goes a long way.
