Overall good.
Fleet Dispatcher (Trucking & Transportation) in Kragujevac:
Pros: It's a good thing to work in the office, being surrounded with nice colleagues, having a casual outfit, with no clothing codex.
As well it is really nice to work with brokers, deal with them, get to know them, get to know that we are helping each other and our companies when making the deal.
You get to meet nice people among them, and drivers as well.
Cons: It can be stressful sometimes.
You sometimes have a driver who wants much money for some ridiculous mileage, and you can easily stay overtime because he wouldn't accept any offer that you represented to him.
Besides that, every deal can be done fluently and easily.
