Fire Lieutenant Reviews
What is it like working as a Fire Lieutenant?

Fire Lieutenant:
Great job, especially under new management. Pay is good, but retirement is weak compared to other fire departments. Most people wouldn’t want a 70 year old person rescuing them, but that how long I’m going to have to work to be able to afford retirement.

It is a fun and rewarding job and I will retire from here. The only problem I have is that drivers make more money than me a newly appointed officers also make more than others with time in grade. I wish.

Pay sucked.
Fire Lieutenant:
To better inform people of what they are really getting into and the expectations they are going to hold you to at the level of pay.
