December 2013
Not recommend.
Financial Service Representative (FSR):
Pros: There are lots of hard working people in the team. Nice and friendly.
Cons: District and above level management are pushing hard for target and cheap on paying staff. Keep telling staff not to discuss pay but actually they are trying to low ball the salary they pay to staff. Always short staff and overtime no pay. Sales target always goes up every year but pay increase only beats inflation slightly. Has stupid strategy from senior management that require tons of outbound calling even client hates to receive call. As they have paid hundreds of millions to consulting firm in exchange of dump consulting they never ask the front line what will contribute to success. And trying to push the front line staff to make the outbound call and hope that the success will come from there.

Cons: Sales goal, pressure.
