Film / Video Editor Reviews
What is it like working as a Film / Video Editor?
July 2019
Healthiest employment environment I've ever had.
Film / Video Editor in Reisterstown:
Pros: The management invests heavily in their people and trusts them to get the job done in their own way. Best ideas always win regardless of if they're from the CEO or the intern or anyone in between.
Cons: There is a bit of an empowerment gap when it comes to client interation... only the principal owners are empowered to push back or redirect attention when clients get unreasonable or locked onto an inefficient or ineffective idea and they are busy people and hence not always able to give attention to these interactions.
