Where I am right now the location I am at is different they are two different locations within the city one location they show more appreciation towards them other than the other location down south.

Pros: Flexible schedules and freedom to determine how to accomplish your tasks
Cons: In my area there are two different divisions of the same company that (for legal purposes) have to go by different company names. They answer to the same vice president and president, and one side is always trying to steal the other's accounts. Which results in high employee turnover and layoffs. No one in upper management ever tells you the truth, they constantly play one side against the other.

Bias and Honest.
Field Service Technician in Loveland:
Pros: I liked to travel for a short moment, the work made this extremely fulfilling until the desire to be home outweighed the income I made. Employees banded together which was nice yet if the teamwork was more fruitful there would have been stronger communication.
Cons: The coworkers acted tougher than the inmates and racial bias was prevalent due to the fears of the team members, ego was a huge hurdle. Travel became longing for family and friendly interaction, I am happy and more thankful to have had the experience because I am able to console and be compassionate as a leader and a friend. Day in day out their stress would return and another day I would set in stone the productivity of the team, it was unfortunately an uphill battle to calm others while still maintaining professionalism.
