Pros: Easily the company atmosphere. I am allowed to do my work in whatever way I need to do it (within OSHA Regulations of course) and when I need help anyone I ask is willing.

Field Service Engineer in Detroit:
It's just ok. The benefits arent great no tuition reimbursement for further education. Health benefits are ok. Very cheap and stingy with raises. Want more but want to pay less. So avoid if you have any real skill and talent.
