If you are hired on as a field engineer don't expect to be trained. If you don't know your stuff they will let you go after they are done with you. The coworkers were great but the PM was a Napoleon complex and was a total dickwad who ended up getting in trouble for stealing tons of money from the company. If you don't know anything about construction, don't waste your time.
