A good 20 hours overtime a week, no health insurance, they write off tools on their taxes and still charge me for them, no clear schedules, boss is a drunk.

Pros: Being in charge of my job, and the majority of its executive decisions involving change. But this is only some of the time.
Cons: Paying your dues is quickly forgotten as soon as you make a single mistake. And they charge you for tools they write off in their taxes, and paying $16 a week in uniforms.
