Good job for first time workers, I received really good training back in 2015 but since shift/ change in management quality of training I think is a lot worse now. Otherwise it is a generally positive culture, pay is low for most staff and not enough to live off forever if you are an ordinary crew member or even as a shift manager.

Get paid minimum wage. Mcdonald’s workers make $3 an hour more. That’s how it’s like.
