Cons: They either do not have a clue or do not care to meet industry standards in pay, benefits, physical environment, equipment and supplies, etc.

As a retail provider, it is a great place to work and feel engaged and appreciated. I love my patients and my job.

Cons: Sometimes I wonder how stable this current retail working environment is with changing care models regarding retail/urgent care and the strain on primary care.
