Pros: I like the autonomy and interaction with patients and families. I enjoy urgent/walk-in care, learning new things daily. I enjoy the expanded procedures I am able to do. I am not micromanaged which is important to me.
Cons: Hours can be long. Poor relationships outside of my department. Ambiguous evaluation of job performance.
