Pros and cons.
Family Advocate:
As some one in my postion there are many rewards with the job with the millions of children that are helped to give them a chance to recieve the best education posible. Unfortunately the many hours of paper work and keeping up with grant demands, funders, and satisfying stake holders in the community served is not an easy task to handle.
