Pros: The work is very hands on, in a lab environment. Engineers are very approachable.
Cons: The few members that make up upper management are very controlling, making all major decisions. No structure for career growth. Poor employee treatment, HR department does not assist with issues. Hours are not flexible. Parking is difficult.

Pros: I get to learn how we do our remanufacturing process I get to see the customer satisfaction. I get to find the faults in our process and seek ways to change them.
Cons: No overtime.
