EFDA Experience.
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA):
Pros: Interacting with my patients on a personal level. Making them feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. Nothing makes me more happy than making our patients happy and healthy.
Cons: Witnessing my Doctor not giving the best quality of care. Recommending treatment that is not necessarily needed. Also being under appreciated and put below the "veterans" of the office who do not give quality care and do what they are supposed to do.
