Pros: Its fun as every day is different. But it can be challenging. When working with a boss you like and get along with it makes it that much more easy.
Cons: Back stabbers and people that can't stand to see you succeed.

Your Satisfaction Comes From How Well You Do Your Job.
Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant:
Pros: What you have learned in school and display in attitude, quality and work will bring you that sense of accomplishment. Definitely a better salary. The freedom of producing and not having someone always looking over your shoulders. But still producing as if they are there.
Cons: Right now the salary is terrible. And are expected to work and jump on every project and you can't even buy gas for your car.
