The many hats of pastoring.
Executive Pastor in Atmore:
Pros: I enjoy the opportunity to work with and influence people as they process the joys and pains of life. I enjoy seeing people grow in their faith journey with Jesus. I love the opportunity to speak and teach life transforming principles from the Bible.
Cons: My least favorite part of my job is dealing with people who expect some type of magical pill to eliminate all their issues without them ever having to change anything they are doing.

Pros: The weather is great all year around, the people are a little rough around the edges but they are amazing when you get to know them.
Cons: It is the middle of a city. It is to busy.

Cons: small town, too much acting like they know everyone. Lot of gossip and side talk rather than confronting issues head-on.
