Pros: I like working in Memphis because it's home to me and my family lives here. The cost of living is comparable to or lower than other cities its size. There are plenty of places to eat and shop.
Cons: My place of business is nearly 25 miles from my home and interstate traffic is quite heavy and congested most days. I have to leave earlier than usual in order to avoid tie-ups. I feel safe in my particular location, but I must drive through less-than-desirable areas to get there.
