Pros: Plenty oppertunities for growth

Equipment Manager:
Pros: Lots of autonomy, and the ability to get the job done as I see fit.
Cons: Indecision, they do not consult me all the time.

Work flexibility, no support.
Equipment Manager:
Pros: Being able to help students who have trouble with equipment/planning their film shoots. Being able to have a significant degree of autonomy for how I run my facility.
Cons: Inability to replace part time staff when they leave. Lack of budget to buy proper types of and amounts of equipment. Being constantly asked to do things that are not part of my job description.

Challenging And Rewarding.
Equipment Manager:
Pros: Every opportunity to learn grow and stretch to the highest level of my ability and potential.
Cons: No pay hikes since 3 yrs and it became more stressful.
