Its little bit challenged especial working with lot of people cause you have to be sure that all of them are safe all the time.

Pros: The good thing is you get to know peoples minds and how do they operate.
Cons: Its when u have to face the incidents and injuries on site were by there's someone who fall from the top is the building and die, that's when it become bad cause u have to answer lots of questions.
