Pros: That I am left alone to do my job. That I can work from home. Base pay and benefits are adequate.
Cons: Raises are only once a year and feel like an afterthought and not based off what you do, how well you do it, how much you do and how hard you work. Management doesn't hold the clients responsible for their actions but holds us accountable for the clients actions. Management only cares about the money and showing face to the public.
