Great place and experience.

Management supports furthering your education and gaining new skills as well as a healthy work/life balance.
Cons: The paperwork is a bear but at the end of the day is doable. The clientele can be very difficult but they can help to challenge you to become a better person and you end up learning as much as you teach them.
