Pros: The people I work with are great.
Cons: Dispatch is a mess and no one ever seems to get off work on time. Dispatch will actually send a unit on a call 15 minutes before off time knowing it will take the crew 2 + hours to do the call and get back before getting off, instead of giving it to a night crew or a fresh crew coming on.

Be apart of the team. Don't let your superiors make you feel inferior. Do what you were trained to do. Gain knowledge, ask all questions necessary and see if it's what you really want. Expect no birthdays or Holidays. You're their to help people plain and simple. You will see things that will shake you up. Learn to have an out let. Someone to vent to. It will eat you up.
