What is it like working as an Embalmer?

I can’t pay rent with certificates of appreciation!

Pros: My fellow co workers and my immediate supervisor are like family- we work very well together
Cons: People who are newly licensed / new hires with no experience are getting paid SIGNIFICANTLY more than I- I have been with the company for five years and I have 10 years experience as an embalmer (and others As well)

Your not just an embalmer, other job roles are put on you with no extra duty pay.
Embalmer in Bristol:
Pros: Just my embalming what i am trained as.
Cons: Being pulled from one job you are employed to do and told you have to other job roles that you are even contracted to do.

Shadow and listen to everything the licensed person has to tell you. Most are there to help. You can learn something from everyone. Settle for being nothing than the very best.
